Grace embraced writing after losing her violin career and parts of her brain to a car in 2016. She examines the intersection of faith and healing on her blog, Walking with Grace, and her micro- and flash nonfiction extends this exploration to all human experience: Life isn't what happens to you – it’s how you respond.
Grace is currently represented by Shepherd Press, which released her memoir, Walking with Grace: Embracing God's Goodness in Trauma in October 2023. She holds an MFA in Writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BA in English from California Baptist University. Grace is also a contributing writer for the International Examiner in Seattle.
Other bylines include Unmute Magazine, the Ghost City Review, Kaleidoscope, the Rain Taxi Review of Books, the Manhattan Book Review, and the San Francisco Book Review. Addictions include cats, coffee, and modernist literature (in that order).
